KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoF) on Sunday said the peace talks “have reached a very crucial stage” and hoped to have good news about peace next week.
Sibghatullah Ahmadi, MoF’s spokesman, briefed a press conference here about progress in the peace process and Acting Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani’s recent trip to Germany.
The latest and seventh round of talks between US and Taliban representatives resumed in the Qatari capital Doha on Saturday.
