KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani on Sunday laid down the foundation stone of Darul Aman Administrative Complex, stressing reforms to improve urban services after all public officers are shifted to the complex.
According to a report, the Darul Aman Administrative Complex would spread over 100 hectares of land where all government departments including ministries, independent organs and banks would operate.
The first phase of the complex, which includes initial works such as mapping, was launched in June 2018.
