KABUL (Pajhwok): National Security Advisor (NSA) Hamdullah Mohib will attend the 74th United National General Assembly (UNGA) instead of acting foreign minister Salahuddin Rabbani, a well-placed source said on Thursday.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, a senior official told Pajhwok Afghan News President Ashraf Ghani wanted NSA Mohib to lead the Afghan delegation to UNGA.
But Chief Executive Officer Abdullah has suggested Foreign Minister Rabbani to represent the country at the annual meeting, according to the source.
