Ghani flies to Saudi Arabia on state visit

KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani on Saturday left Kabul for Saudi Arabia at the head of a delegation of high-level delegation, his office said.

A statement from the Presidential Palace said Ghani would meet King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and other Saudi officials on issues of bilateral interest.

During his visit, the president would have separate meetings with the top Saudi officials besides performing Umrah.
