KABUL (Pajhwok): The Central Statistics Organization (CSO) on Friday said archive of the Population Registration Department (PRD) has been digitalised and a new centre has been opened to help accelerated and simplify the verification process of national Identity Cards (ID) verification process.
The paper ID cards verification became mandatory in 2015 after an Iranian forged an Afghan citizenship ID card to show himself as an Afghan but was exposed later.
