KABUL’s Qatar office has met Iranian authorities in Tehran, the rebel group’s spokesman said on Tuesday.
Suhail Shaheen tweeted a four-member delegation led by the deputy head of Taliban’s political office, Abdul Salam Hanafi, travelled to Iran.
He said the Taliban team met high-ranking officials of the Iranian foreign ministry in Tehran.
