KUNDUZ CITY (Pajhwok): Residents of northern Kunduz province say they may not be able to participate in this week’s presidential election if the security situation is not improved.
Meanwhile, provincial Independent Election Commission office officials say 30 polling centers face high security threats in Kunduz.
Inayatullah Khaliq, head of civil society groups, told Pajhwok Afghan News that most of the Kunduz residents would be deprived of voting due to security issues.
