KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): School students in southern Kandahar province have been facing shortage of textbooks and the problem has affected their studies.
Sayed Ahmad, a grade 12 student at Sayed Jamaluddin Afghan High School in Kandahar city, the provincial capital, said he received half of the total textbooks from his school.
He said these books too were either old, turnout and usable, adding he was not alone facing the shortage of books.
Ahmad asked the Ministry of Education (MoE) to resolve the shortage of books . . .
