KABUL (Pajhwok): Presidential candidate Faramarz Tamana on Wednesday termed Saturday’s election as ‘full of rigging’ and emphasized on validity of biometrically verified votes.
The Independent Election Commission (IEC) says the September 28 presidential polls’ primary result will be announced on 19th of this month and the final result on November 6.
