KABUL (Pajhwok): The spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has been dismissed and referred to the Attorney General Office over his recent remarks, an official said Sunday.
Presidential Spokesperson Sediq Sediqi told Pajhwok Afghan News that Mirwais Naab, former Afghan ambassador to Turkmenistan, would serve as MoFA spokesman until a new person was introduced.
He said acting spokesperson of MoFA had been dismissed over his irresponsible comments.
