KABUL (Pajhwok): The Independent Electoral Complaints Commission (IECC) on Monday said it has registered 4,528 complaints against presidential candidates regarding law violations during electioneering.
The IEC had said two million and 600,000 votes were cast in the Sept 28 presidential elections across the country.
Hawa Alam Nuristani, IEC head, told a press conference in Kabul that non-biometric votes would never be counted and only biometrically verified votes would be considered as valid.
