KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani has resigned, saying he could not continue as the country’s FM under the current circumstances.
In his resignation letter, Rabbani said during his tenure as the foreign minister, he saw the government creating ‘parallel structures’ and bringing down prestigious institutions. He said the government structure was treated as a personal community.
