The Presidential Palace said Ghani sought Japan’s investment during a meeting with Shinichi Kitaoka, the chairman of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Tokyo.
Ghani hailed Japan as a strategic partner of Afghanistan and extended gratitude to Tokyo for its assistance in different areas, said a statement from the Presidential Palace.
