MAZAR-I-SAHRIF (Pajhwok): The presidential election has no winner and there is need to priorities peace talks, says a senior member of the Hezb-i-Islami.
In an exclusive interview with Pajhwok Afghan News, Juma Khan Hamdard said the low voter turnout in the presidential election meant people wanted an end to the ongoing conflict.
Hamdard claimed the conditions were ideal for peace in the country, as there was an international consensus on a negotiated settlement to the war.
