KABUL (Pajhwok): The vote recounting process has been stopped in 12 provinces but completed in two provinces, Pajhwok Afghan News reliably learned on Tuesday.
The presidential elections were held on September 28, featuring 14 candidates.
Earlier, the date for announcement of preliminary polls was set October 19, but later the Independent Election Commission (IEC) set November 14 new date for the announcement.
