KABUL Breshna Shirkat (DABS) on Thursday released a list of defaulters, mostly wealthy individuals, and gave them a week to pay the arrears.
The list features at least 28 individuals, hailing from Balkh, Nangarhar, Kabul, Bamyan, Herat and Kandahar provinces, who owes DABS 50 million afghanis.
Some wealthy individuals, including the intelligence cief central Bamyan province, Haji Mohammad Akbar, and advisor to CEO Jan Ahmad Khan, are also on the list.
