PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Security forces have destroyed a huge depot of weapons in Narkh district of central Logar province, an official said on Sunday.
Ahmad Shakeel Tasal, spokesman for 203rd Thunder Military Corps 4th brigade, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the Afghan forces conducted operations in Nawshar area of the district late on Saturday night.
He said the security forces destroyed a huge weapons depot and a factory at a home.
He said two vehicles, four motorbikes and some military uniform were also seized and two individuals arrested by security forces in the nighttime raid.
The Taliban have not yet commented in this regard.
