KABUL (Pajhwok): The Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) on Thursday published an investigative report on power concentration, suggesting the current system is better compared to other forms of government.
On the other hand, Dr. Anwarulhaq Ahadi, head of Afghan Millat political party, said that the system was good, but not the people running it.
