Zabihullah Sadat, IEC acting spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the recount process of votes started in Jawzjan, Faryab, Badakhshan, Takhar, Baghlan, Sar-i-Pul and Panjsher provinces at 10am in the morning.
