KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): Residents of Maroof district of southern Kandahar province say the education process in the district has been at a standstill for years due to insecurity and corruption.
People of the district ask the government to reopen schools which hbave been closed due to insecurity in the district.
They say the Taliban have promised with local elders that they would not create any problem to the education process in the district.
There are 30 schools . . .
