JALALABAD (Pajhwok): The administrative chiefs for Achin, Spin Ghar and Dur Baba districts of eastern Nangarhar province on Saturday demanded reconstruction of facilities which have been destroyed during securing forces operations in the past.
The Spin Ghar was declared as a district almost four months back but nothing has been done approved for the districts so far. However, projects worth 234 million afghanis are underway in Achin and Dur Baba districts.
