KABUL on Monday put on hold the budget of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and said the commerce minister’s signature was no longer invalid after he twice summoned but did not appear before the lower house.
Based on the Wolesi Jirga commissions’ chiefs’ decision, the acting commerce and industry minister Ajmal Ahmadi was summoned to brief lawmakers but he did not appear in the house in the past.
Again the Wolesi Jirga also summoned Ahmadi on 6th of this month but he did not . . .
