KABUL activists from central Maidan Wardak province allege ethnic balance has not been considered in appointments to government posts in the province.
Addressing reporters here, around 20 civil society activists from Hazara ethnic group said different ethnic groups lived in Maidan Wardak province but balance was never maintained in government appointments among the ethnicities.
Sharif Watandosest, a civil society activist, said in 42 provincial government departments only one Hazara and one Qazal Bash worked on a higher post and the remaining all key positions were occupied . . .
