HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): The residents of western Herat province have complained against the passport distribution process in the province and said they faced multiple problems in this way.
Besides paying extra 500 afghanis to the post office to comfortably transfer our passports, they said one has to wait for several hours to get his/her passport or visit concerned authorities frequently to get you passport.
Mehrabuddin, the resident of Herat City, said: “We pay extra 500 afghanis because if our passport reaches the post office the concerned person pledged to call us, but no contact . . .
