KABUL (ARCS) have inked an agreement on the treatment of 20 Afghan children with congenital heart defects next week.
The agreement was signed between the two sides in Kabul on Monday. OIC special envoy Ambassador Hyseyin Avni Botsali presented the ARCS a cheque for the treatment of the children.
Under the technical arrangement protocol, he said, the ARCS was expected to treat the 20 children (10 boys and as many girls) with heart disease. The heart surgeries will be conducted at Afghan hospitals.
