MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): Public gatherings in the support of President Ashraf Ghani and Abdullah Abdullah held in Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital of northern Balkh province, on Saturday.
Supporters of President Ashraf Ghani said election process has ended and the Stability and Partnership team led by Dr. Abdullah should avoid crating crises.
Haji Mohammad Mohaqiq, head of the Wahdat-i-Islami political party and key member of the Stability and Partnership team, said they never wanted turmoil but added that their team won the election and would announce their government.
