KABUL (Pajhwok): Government officials say they have started biometrically verifying families of martyred security forces in order to eliminate ghost individuals.
State Minister for Martyrs and Disabled Persons Laluddin Aryubi signed an agreement on biometric management of the victims of war during a ceremony here on Sunday.
The minister said a new biometric system had been introduced in cooperation with the ministries of interior, defense and finance to facilitate the victims of war.
