KABUL Reconciliation Zalmay Khalilzad says a significant exchange of prisoners and forming a national negotiating team will provide momentum for intra-Afghan talks.
In a series of tweets, Khalilzad said: “I spent much of the last week trying to help President Ashraf Ghani and Dr. Abdullah come to an agreement on an inclusive and broadly accepted government. We will continue to assist.”
