KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani on Wednesday changed the plan of saving $1 billion from security sector expenses in two years instead of three years.
It comes after the US Department of State on Tuesday said Ghani and Abdullah failed to agree on forming an inclusive government and the US will reduce its annual aid to Afghanistan by $1billion.
