KABUL prisoners’ release process would not commence tomorrow (March 31) as earlier scheduled.
Earlier, the government and the Taliban had agreed to start swapping prisoners on March 31.
However, NSC spokesman Javid Faisal told Pajhwok Afghan News that the prisoner swap process had been postponed indefinitely.
