HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): The Provincial Council (PC) head of western Herat province on Tuesday accused the central government of negligence in dealing with coronavirus in the province.
PC head Kamran Alizai told reporters that the central government had allocated 400 million afghanis to fight coronavirus without having the authority to spend this amount.
He asked the president to give the situation in Herat serious attention and issue special decree to allow the utilization of available fund.
