KABUL (Pajhwok): The British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, fighting a serious COVID-19 infection, has been admitted to the intensive care unit of a London hospital.
British media outlets reported late on Monday that after Johnson’s condition worsened, he deputised his foreign secretary Dominic Raab, to run government affairs.
The 55-year-old premier was conscious when he was wheeled into the ICU of a central London hospital at around 7:00pm, according to The Independent.
