KABUL (Pajhwok): US Acting Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs Alice Wells has welcomed the formation of an inclusive government by President Ghani and Abdullah and hoped for the rapid implementation of their agreement and immediate steps to reach and intra-Afghan negotiation.
