PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): The Taliban see no possibility of negotiations with India before the beginning of intra-Afghan talks, a Pakistani newspaper reported on Monday.
Like the United States, Russia recently urged India to speak to the Taliban on the future government in Afghanistan, The News International said, citing diplomatic sources.
Moscow impressed upon New Delhi to play its role in ensuing peace parley among different Afghan factions, the newspaper added.
