JALALABAD (Pajhwok): One civilian was killed and three others were wounded as a result of a landmine explosion in the capital of eastern Nangarhar province on Sunday morning, an official said.
Attaullah Khogyani, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the explosion struck a civilian vehicle in front of the Customs Department in Jalalabad at 8:30 am.
He said one civilian was killed and three others were wounded. The injured are currently in stable condition. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
