KABUL (Pajhwok): The distribution process of electronic National Identity Cards (NICs) and passports to one million Afghan refugees in neighboring Iran, has been officially kicked off today (Wednesday).
A statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received by Pajhwok Afghan News said by launching of this program, the presence of Afghan refugees in Iran will be widely legalized and will make it easier for Afghan citizens to access their rights and privileges there.
