KABUL (Pajhwok): President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani announced deputies and members of the High National Reconciliation Council in a special decree late on Saturday.
The HNCR is formed for the purpose national reconciliation and on the bases of political agreement between President Ashraf Ghani and Dr. Abdullah Abdullah.
