KABUL (HPC) chairman Karim Khalili says the beginning of intra-Afghan talks is the result of 40 years of Afghans struggle and they will never allow the historic chance to be wasted.
Khalili made these remarks during a ceremony organized to unveil scientific work of Burhanuddin Rabbani in Kabul today.
