KABUL negotiators resumed their discussions in the capital of Qatar on Wednesday.
They met for several hours in an attempt to hammer out an agreement on rules and regulations for formal negotiations, said a member of the government team.
Attaullah Ludin told a private TV channel: “An agreement has almost been reached on 18 of the disputed points. Our contact groups today continued their discussions on the two remaining items.”
However, he explained, the two sides had not yet arrived at a final agreement . . .
