HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Over 200 health officials in western Herat province have not received their salaries from the past two months, an official said on Saturday.
Public Health Director Abdul Hakim Tamana complained against the Independent Directorate of Local Governance (IDLG) over not transferring the salaries of health officials in time.
Funds have been provided to the local administration which is not enough, he said adding that this fund should be dubbed as salary fund through amendment.
