KABUL leaders have no plans to meet President Ashraf Ghani during his visit to Qatar, the militant movement’s political office in Doha says.
On Monday, Ghani left for Doha and held talks with top Qatari officials besides meeting Kabul’s team for negotiations with the Taliban.
Abdul Haq Wasiq, a member of Taliban’s political office in Qatar, said they had “no plans” to meet Ghani during his trip to the Gulf State.
