HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): At least 11 Afghan refugees have been killed and two others wounded in a traffic accident in neighboring Iran, an official said on Wednesday.
Police Spokesman for western Farah province Mohibullah Mohib said a vehicle carrying Afghan migrants crashed into a tanker on the Zahedan highway near the Afghanistan border on Tuesday.
He said the collision resulted in the killing of 11 Afghan refugees and wounding of two others. Six of the victims hailed from Farah province.
