KABUL Secretariat on Tuesday said the designate-ministers will be introduced to the lower house by the president during a special meeting next Tuesday.
President Ashraf Ghani took oath of his second term on March 9,2020 and promised to quickly form cabinet and refer ministers-designate to the Lower House for a vote of confidence, a promise yet to be honored.
The Wolesi Jirga has several times criticized running of the government affairs by acting officials and not referring ministers-designates to the Wolesi Jirga . . .
