Afghanistan’s Covid-19 patients tally surges to 41,336

KABUL (MoPH) said on Friday.

Of the fresh coronavirus patients, 31 positive cases registered in Kandahar, 24 in Balkh, seven in Zabul, and four people in Uruzgan province, according to the MoPH statement.

A total 169 suspected cases had been taken to different labs for test in which 66 were positive.

The Public Health Department of Herat province said that due to public holiday on Thursday some samples could not be tested.
