KABUL (Pajhwok): Seven people were injured as a result of two magnetic bomb explosions in Kabul on Saturday morning, an official said.
Police spokesman Firdos Faramarz told Pajhwok Afghan News a magnetic bomb hit a Fielder-type vehicle in the Omaid-i-Sabz township in the 6th police district at around 7:35am.
Three individuals were injured in the blast, he said, adding another bomb struck a Land Cruiser in the Golayee Cinema area of the 11th police district. Four people sustained injuries in the second explosion. Without providing details, the police spokesman said, adding the injured included two security personnel and five civilians.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the blasts.
