2 intelligence officials gunned down in Logar

PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Two intelligence officials, who were brothers, have been gunned down in this capital city of central Logar province, an official said on Monday.

A government official told Pajhwok Afghan News that the two National Directorate of Security officials were shot dead on Monday afternoon by unknown attackers/

He identified the slain officials as Syed Farhad and Syed Mirwais, who were brothers.

An eyewitness, Abdullah, said the two men were shot and killed by two motorcyclists, who then  fled the area.

There was no claim of responsibility for the incident.
