ZARANJ (Pajhwok): Police have seized more than 240 kilograms of different illicit drugs in southwestern Nimroz province.
In a statement, the Nimroz police headquarters said the anti-narcotics department recovered the drugs from a Corolla vehicle in the Sarshala village of Koong district on Saturday evening.
The drugs included 83 kilograms of crystal meth, 110 kilograms of opium, 13 kilograms of heroin and 21 kilograms of crystal.
It added the narcotics had been skillfully concealed in the vehicle with a Khost number plate. No one has been arrested in connection with the drug seizure.
