KABUL (Pajhwok): Medical staff, security forces and media persons would be given priority in administration of coronavirus vaccine, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) said on Thursday.
According to the ministry, 500,000 vaccine doses from India and another 1.3 million doses would arrive in the country soon.
The first batch of vaccine provided by India arrived in Kabul on February 7 and was handed over to the Afghan government.
Acting Public Health Minister Dr. WaheedMajroh said the vaccine administration plan had been approved by the National Security Council and the process would start after the World Health Organisation . . .
