JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Two people were killed and eight others wounded in two separate bomb blasts in eastern Nangarhar province on Thursday.
Farid Khan, a spokesman for the police chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News a roadside bomb exploded in the Kabul Hada area of Jalalabad's 5th police district on Thursday, injuring four people.
Gulzada Sangar, a spokesman for the regional hospital, however, said two dead bodies and six injured people had been evacuated to the hospital.
He added the dead included a child and condition of two injured persons was critical.
