KABUL (Pajhwok): Six individuals, including four security personnel, have been killed in three different incidents in the capital, police said on Saturday.
Firdos Faramarz, spokesman for Kabul police, said four security personnel were killed in an armed attack in the Panja Chinar area of Paghman district. A civilian was killed in Kabul’s fourth police district.
He also said a government employee was killed in limits of the Rishkhor area of Kabul’s seventh police district.
The source did not provide details regarding identities of the dead.
Meanwhile, a source wishing anonymity said one of the dead was a teacher at the Pishgam private University.
He identified the teacher as Rafi Usmani and said unidentified gunmen killed him on his way to the university in Kabul’s fourth police district at around 6:30am.
Unidentified gunmen shot dead an employee of Presidential Palace on Friday in Kabul city.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attacks.
